Strategic Plan

Our purpose of strategic planning was to develop a comprehensive view of the current landscape of Statement Arts, define the future state of the organization, and develop a customized and practical roadmap to achieve operational and financial sustainability.
The organization has been going through rapid growth in the past eight years and the needs of its programs continue to be evident. A strategic plan is needed to enable and support growth and deliver the mission of the organization to communities and individuals through visual and performing arts education programs.

The final results of our 5-year strategic plan enables the organization to grow by diversifying funding sources, building program and operational capacity with scalability based on emerging needs, analyzing data and metrics to measure intended impact, and fine-tuning the communications and marketing strategies. I played a heavy hand in developing the final presentation of the plan, researching and designing the Theory of Change, and building tools for implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
